Faulty Chargers I have purchased four of these, and all, including my current one have had charger problems within 6 - 18 months. At around $80 a pop, not great value really. I only keep replacing same with same because I don't feel confident that the cheaper models would clean as well, and I don't want to risk similar problems with a more expensive model. 6 May 2013
It works Bought mine in Europe 2 years ago. Like smoking and red wine. Far less probs than I used to have. My partner has a "vitality" from supermarket... Mine is so much better. Battery lasts longer, teeth feel cleaner. Value for money by my standards. One problem: mine came with a handy travel case... Trying to upgrade my partners partially for that reason. Dentist clean feel I bought this product at a sales event for only 89 dollars and have been using it for the last 1.5 years. It really gives a feeling as if the dentist has done a scaling. And i haven't had toothache for a long time. Hooray! So far it never breaks down but the battery life seems to get shorter. but I don't blame it as my husband and I share it so we are probably over stretching the little machine. 4 December 2012
Good product but NO warranty information Yes, this is a very good toothbrush with a small charger. However, my dislikes are: 1. the brushes are expensive and do not last as long as claimed (sometimes only 1 month) 2. unable to find any information on warranty on the Oral-B web site (try doing a search for yourself) 3. unable to register warranty on www.oral-b.com/register In summary, good product but customer services leaves a lot to be desired. Despite the above, I would still buy another one. 27 August 2012
